At a time when we’re bombarded by spectacle, accosted by OnlyFans, under siege from the autoplay of streaming services and the infinite scroll of Instagram, you’re invited to rein in your attention and tune into what Eros beckons from you, what only you uniquely can conjure up.

This course is designed to spark your creative aliveness and empower you to partner confidently with its flow, trusting in its innate intelligence as you infuse elements of it into all aspects of your life, from the balcony to the bedroom to even the boardroom.

Across six sessions you’ll be introduced to a conceptual framework and playful approaches for establishing a skillful relationship with this powerful, poetic current. Through meditation and consciousness, imagination and the bodily senses, language and aesthetics, and desire and sexuality, you’ll begin to map the terrain where these fields meet in you, the intersection that satisfies your individual preferences, for the most potent aphrodisiac is your own mind.

The course centers on your relationship with yourself. This is a good step for someone who wants to venture beyond books and podcasts but not as far out as an in-person neo-tantra workshop in which to exchange energy through the interaction with other bodies. As such, it’s suitable for people who are single or partnered. Please consider whether having a partner learning alongside you may inhibit you from accessing the fullness of your fantasies and desires. It may be more helpful to participate separately and then decide how you would like to share (or not) your respective discoveries. All genders and sexual orientations are welcome. By the end of the six weeks you should be more fluent in your desire and capable of sharing with others, or circulating the accumulated energy within yourself.

You can participate and work exclusively with erotic fantasies that aren’t overtly sexual in nature. You can be turned on by tickling piano keys or massaging dough, or by being humiliated and publicly punished for deviant sexual behavior. The contents of your mind are secondary to the charting of the erotic landscape. What you choose to share is entirely up to you. You’ll never be asked to disclose details about your fantasies or sexual experiences.

These six weeks serve as an accelerated psychosexual initiation. It is scaffolding for the formation of a lineage of intrepid explorers, poets of consciousness, those who seek to defy the dichotomy of repression and sublimation. Together we’ll make sense of sensuality and sexuality, of embodiment and eroticism, and couch it in an expansive view of humanity’s participation in and with and as the Cosmos.
